The 21-Day Liver Reset

A calm, structured three-week routine of simple meals, steady hydration and glycan-aware nutrition support.

Your liver quietly handles hundreds of jobs every day, processing what we eat and drink. Our 21-day reset gives it a supportive environment: simple, repeated plant-rich meals, plenty of water and caffeine-free teas, a pause from alcohol and processed food, and optional nutrition support that complements a balanced diet. Many people find the structure makes healthy habits easier to keep.

Who it’s for

How it works

The reset runs for 21 days in two phases. Meals are kept deliberately simple and repetitive: you choose one dinner for each phase and stick with it. The idea is that a steady, predictable rhythm is gentler on digestion and easier to follow than constant variety.

  • Phase one · Days 1–10

    Simplify

A morning lemon-water ritual, a plant-based protein shake for breakfast, a rocket and avocado salad at lunch, a seed-and-hummus snack and one chosen dinner (lentil soup or a quinoa bowl). Support supplements are taken at set times through the day, with a slightly fuller schedule in the first week.

  • Phase two · Days 11–21

    Build

The same breakfast and snack rhythm, with a heartier lunch (chickpeas or a lean protein added) and a dinner built around baked sweet potato with mushrooms, lentil patties or steamed greens — or, if you eat animal protein, baked salmon, shrimp or grilled chicken.

Where glycans fit

Glycans are sugar-based molecules found on the surface of our cells, where they play a part in how cells recognise and communicate with one another. The reset includes a daily glycan supplement as part of its nutrition support. Read more in The Science of Glycans. Supplements are designed to complement, not replace, a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need any products?

The plan uses a plant-based protein shake, a glycan supplement, a gut-support supplement and herbal capsules. These come together in the Liver Reset bundle for R3,395, including free preferred customer sign-up. See Join the reset to get started.

Why are the meals so repetitive?

The plan deliberately repeats the same few meals. Many people find a predictable rhythm easier on digestion and easier to stick to, with fewer decisions to make each day.

Can I eat animal protein?

Phase one is plant-based. In phase two you can follow the plant-based menu or add baked salmon, shrimp or grilled chicken.

What can I snack on between meals?

Celery sticks and cucumber (not after 17:00), and an extra shake in the evening if you are still hungry.

Can I drink coffee?

Caffeine is paused during the reset. Rooibos, ginger, peppermint and hibiscus are good daytime options, and chamomile, lemon balm or rooibos in the evening.

Is it safe for me?

Please speak to your healthcare provider before starting, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, have a health condition or are planning a medical procedure. Stop and seek advice if you notice any adverse reaction.

What does it cost and when can I start?

The Liver Reset bundle is R3,395, including free preferred customer sign-up. You can start whenever you like: your personal tracker is dated from the day you begin.
