Wellness and honey, made slowly

Summer Petals began with two loves: helping people feel at home in their bodies, and the bees and wild flowers of the South African Cape.

On the wellness side, we share what we have learned about glycans and plant-rich nutrition as one part of a balanced, whole-person approach. We listen first, keep our wording honest and never promise miracles.

On the honey side, we are preparing a small-batch range of fynbos honey, honeycomb and beeswax goods, with worldwide delivery planned. Visit The Honey House.
